The building at 2106 S. Oneida Street has been feeding south-side Appleton for years — first as Mary's Family Restaurant, and now as Maple Tree. We took that neighborhood tradition seriously and tried to make it even better.

The name says Pancake House, and we mean it — fluffy stacks, gluten-free options that actually taste good, and enough variety to find your new favorite.
